• Safety is E2 Optics' number one Core Value • All employees are expected to follow safe work practices • Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture • Support Project Manager who manages data center construction • Assist in managing project cost, including budget, forecast, commitments, accruals • Provide weekly, monthly and adhoc project status reports • Conduct accrual analysis and coordinate with payment processing teams • Review invoices for accuracy and trend analysis • Work with P6 Scheduler and Project Manager for progress, warning signs • Manage the project change control process and maintain the baseline and current budget • Provide coaching, development and guidance to team members • Drive continuous improvement activities and support Lean initiatives

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS in construction management, finance, engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction and project planning for multi-project construction programs
  • Experience in construction specifications, construction drawings and other project documentation including RFIs, submittals, payment applications and change orders
  • Experience with Primavera P6, MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with cost control tooling (such as eBuilder, Procore, or others)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments
  • Must be able to learn and support new and quickly evolving technologies
