Description Ready to be a part of the company transforming FinTech and how the world accesses banking services? When was the last time you were excited about interacting with your bank or credit union? If the answer is, “a while,” then you’re in good company. Even though access to better financial choices is at the heart of empowering communities, businesses, and people, financial institutions (FIs) are struggling to keep up with modern expectations. And that’s where Kinective comes in. We’re here to change the way the world accesses and thinks about banking through software that connects a historically “boring” industry to the latest and greatest fintechs shaping the industry Ok... but what does all of that actually mean? As the largest provider of software connectivity to 1 in 3 U.S. financial institutions, we are the leading company transforming the way banking is done for credit unions and banks. In fact, Forbes recently released their Best Banks in the World report, and Kinective works with over 60% of their named banks! What you’ll own: - Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry developments to inform product strategies. - Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and SWOT analysis to identify emerging strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. - Competitive Repository: Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of competitive intelligence data, battlecards, and insights for executive stakeholders. - Win/Loss Analysis: Perform win/loss analysis, including direct prospect/client interviews, to identify specific decision drivers & trends in our opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for product and sales teams. - Product Roadmapping Support: Assist Product Strategy leaders in the development of the product roadmap by providing market feedback and research to aid in the prioritization of future product innovations. - Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to internal teams and leadership. What you’re great at: - Data Insight: You have a passion for digging into data to uncover meaningful insights and can convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Analytical Thinking: You can identify underlying trends in churn and market disruptions to proactively guide product feature decisions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: You thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling value propositions. - Industry Expertise: You stay ahead of banking and fintech trends, leveraging external data to identify potential areas for expansion. - Self-Service Optimization: Deep dive into the registration → activation → payment flow. Identify where users drop off and propose A/B tests to fix it. - Product Qualified Leads (PQL): Analyze usage patterns to identify high-potential customers (e.g., "This startup just spun up 50 GPUs") and signal our Sales team to engage them. - Event Tracking Design: You are the owner of our tracking plan.
