Regional Sales Manager
Integrity Marketing Group LLC
• Attend and travel to events throughout the country (Carrier, Medical Group, Recruiting and AEP Readiness) • Develop and maintain relationships with agents and agencies in your territory. • Establish local presence in your territory for the company. • Grow sales in your territory • Manage broker relationships for effective return on marketing investments. • Recruit agents and agencies in your territory. • Develop and cultivate relationships with Carriers and Medical groups in your territory. • Conduct informational recruiting and training seminars to both current and prospective agents. • Attend and conduct designated & approved CE courses. • Meet or exceed sales goals monthly. • Use internal systems to record and track agent interaction.
Job Requirements
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft office Word, Excel
- Strong organizational & follow through skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Resides in the Northeast
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Ability to carry up to 40lbs and move and bend and lift as necessary
