• Lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs • Own platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state • Work closely with internal stakeholders and the client to design and deploy a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance • Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) • Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring • Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack • Support data migration, cleanup, and QA • Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility • Document system architecture and implementation decisions • Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment • Final QA, documentation and handoff
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
- Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise
- Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring
- Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)
- Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA
- Strong documentation and handoff discipline
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Client-facing delivery or consulting experience
- HubSpot certifications (Nice to Have)
- RevOps or GTM operations background (Nice to Have)
- Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) (Nice to Have)
- Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards (Nice to Have)
