• Define and lead execution of the “Digitalize Market Engagement” strategic imperative. • Serve as a strategic advisor to the ELT, embedding digital priorities into corporate strategy. • Align digital strategy with corporate goals, including OI and EPS impact. • Scan global trends and B2B digital best practices, digital technology innovation, define global innovation themes. • Support regions in piloting local innovations aligned with global strategy. • Lead the Global Digital Council to define platform roadmap and standards (Data, AI, Content). • Ensure digital strategy is integrated into Commercial Excellence and omnichannel GTM frameworks to accelerate market execution. • Co-develop digital solutions with strategic global vendors. • Collaborate closely with regional teams to agree and execute digital initiatives, fostering cross-functional alignment and adapting strategies to local market needs while maintaining a cohesive global vision. • Establish global implementation frameworks and delivery models. • Define KPIs and reporting templates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in digital transformation, IT strategy, or consulting.
  • Proven track record in driving leading large-scale digital initiatives in a matrixed and global organization, with direct experience in navigating IT ecosystems involving vendors, partners, and end-customers.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing data-driven & AI enabled digital platforms and marketplaces, digital services and content management systems, ideally in a B2B context similar to IT distribution.
  • Experience in working in global and matrixed environments, partnering with senior leadership (e.g., ELT-level) and leading by influence when necessary.
  • Familiarity with financial metrics (OI, EPS) and their link to digital outcomes.
