Job Summary The Commercial Intelligence Analyst II plays a critical executional role supporting the transformation of internal performance data and external market intelligence into clear, timely, and actionable insights that support commercial decision-making across categories, regions, and retailers. Operating as a core analytics engine for the function, the Analyst supports standardized performance reporting, market and category analyses, competitive tracking, and insight generation that enable leaders to understand how the business is performing, why it is performing that way, and where opportunities exist to improve results. This role is ideal for a high-potential analyst who combines strong analytical skills with business curiosity and a bias for action-someone eager to learn how insights directly shape innovation, portfolio strategy, pricing, promotion, and go-to-market execution at scale. Key Responsibilities Commercial Performance Analytics & Reporting - Own the development and maintenance of recurring commercial performance reporting through the use of AI, dashboards and other platforms across categories, regions, channels, and retailers. - Analyze internal POS, shipment, pricing, and promotional data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Support the development of standardized performance scorecards and KPI frameworks used across the Commercial Intelligence team. - Ensure data accuracy, reliability, consistency, and clarity across reporting outputs. Market, Category & Competitive Analysis - Support market sizing, category performance tracking, and competitive landscape analyses using external data sources. - Monitor competitive pricing, assortment, promotions, and share movements to identify emerging threats and opportunities. - Contribute to early signal detection ("spot the smoke") by flagging performance shifts, anomalies, and risks. Insight Generation & Business Support - Translate analytical findings into clear insights that answer key business questions and support decision-making. - Develop insight summaries and executive-ready slides that connect performance data to commercial implications. - Support Commercial Intelligence Team in deep-dive analyses tied to innovation launches, portfolio reviews, pricing changes, and promotional& event performance. - Contribute to scenario analyses and global market projections that inform planning and supply chain investment decisions. Dashboarding, Automation & Story-Telling - Help build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that improve accessibility and speed of insights. - Partner with data and visualization teams to automate recurring analyses and reporting processes. - Apply best practices in data visualization to ensure insights are intuitive, actionable, and stakeholder-ready. - Continuously develop technical, analytical, and storytelling skills through coaching and hands-on experience. Key Skills & Qualifications - Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.). - Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. - Strong attention to detail and data quality, with a structured and organized approach to analysis. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain data to non-technical audiences. - Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand how analytics drive business outcomes. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in analytics, insights, finance, category management, or commercial analytics. - Exposure to retail, CPG, consumer durables, or e-commerce analytics. - Experience working with syndicated market data (e.g., POS, share, pricing, promotional data). - Familiarity with storytelling through dashboards and presentation materials. - Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The Role We are seeking a high-performing Commercial Identity Security Sales Specialist to drive net-new revenue for BeyondTrust’s Entitle solution within a defined U.S. territory. This is a strategic hunter role focused on acquiring and expanding commercial accounts within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. In addition to owning direct sales opportunities end-to-end, this role will operate in an overlay capacity across other Commercial Account Executives’ territories. You will serve as the Identity Security subject matter expert, partnering with aligned sellers to identify, influence, and close opportunities where Entitle is a strategic fit. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, influence without authority, and the ability to drive urgency across a matrixed sales organization. What You’ll Do - Own and execute a strategic territory plan focused on net-new commercial acquisition. - Drive full-cycle sales motions from prospecting through close within your assigned accounts. - Operate as an overlay specialist across aligned Commercial Account Executives, identifying and advancing Entitle opportunities within their territories. - Build strong internal partnerships with Commercial AEs to create joint account plans and pipeline acceleration strategies. - Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting, executive outreach, partner collaboration, and targeted account strategies. - Lead complex, multi-threaded sales engagements within commercial organizations. - Engage C-level and senior security stakeholders (CISO, CIO, VP Security, Cloud Security leaders) in outcome-driven security conversations. - Deliver consultative discovery centered on privilege risk reduction, identity governance, and cloud security posture. - Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success) to accelerate deal progression and ensure successful outcomes. - Develop compelling business cases and ROI-driven proposals aligned to customer security initiatives. - Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using Salesforce, maintaining disciplined deal inspection and territory hygiene. - Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across both direct and overlay motions. - Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and partner engagements.
