Social Media, Digital Content Specialist
Cyderes
• Guide daily social strategy of Cyderes' social platforms, supporting lanes including corporate brand, expertise, technical content and employer brand. • Develop new and ongoing social campaigns from creative brief to execution, including assets and social copy. • Work with marketing team members and partners to help create assets tailored to the needs of each channel. • Manage social content calendar, scheduling, optimization, and reporting for all organic social (assist paid campaigns when needed). • Monitor performance and report results and insights. • Manage and onboard employees to our social sharing tool, Employee Advocacy by Sprout Social. • Stay current on new platform updates and features, adjusting strategy accordingly. • Help support our PR agency, MarketBridge, helping provide their teams with the resources, SMEs, and information needed to create PR strategies. • Help with internal communications planning • Partner with the Digital Content Manager to assist with content organization, editing, and project coordination. • Report into Marketing Leadership
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in communications, social media, digital content, or PR
- Experience owning social media end-to-end (strategy → execution → reporting)
- Writing and storytelling skills, especially for technical or B2B audiences, understanding of AP style encouraged.
- Experience collaborating with multiple groups (marketing, product, leadership, and agencies)
- Experience in cybersecurity, B2B tech, or SaaS, but not required.
- Familiarity with project management systems and social scheduling tools (Monday.com and Sprout Social).

Social Media Manager – Spanish Language Content

• Dedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling; • Participate in two 30-min weekly check-ins about the project; • Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 1-2 accounts weekly across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. • Source, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms; • Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voice; • Monitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine content approach; • Work effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Content leadership;
