Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or a related outbound role, with a strong track record of achieving growth targets.
- Proven ability to engage and hold conversations with senior executives and C-suites.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting while also contributing strategically to pipeline generation.
- Thrives in a high-activity sales environment with significant daily call volume.
- Passionate about building a career in sales while making a meaningful impact in healthcare — helping caregivers work more efficiently and improving quality of life for residents in senior living communities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
