M&A Integration Program Manager Location Preference: Washington, D.C. | Atlanta | St. Louis | Remote (with Travel) Travel: Up to 50% Reports To: Executive Leadership Katsam Property Services is scaling through acquisition. We are seeking an M&A Integration Program Manager to lead the structured execution of post-acquisition integrations across finance, operations, HR, and core business systems. This role is responsible for coordinating and driving integration workstreams from close through stabilization, ensuring disciplined milestone execution, financial impact tracking, and operational continuity. While the integration framework is in place, this individual will continuously improve and refine processes as our acquisition cadence increases. This is an execution-focused leadership role with significant cross-functional visibility and strong financial interface requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead execution of post-acquisition integration roadmaps across multiple concurrent transactions - Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Compliance) to ensure timely transition - Track and report integration milestones, risks, and dependencies - Build and maintain financial and operational tracking models to monitor synergy realization and performance stabilization - Partner closely with Finance to validate integration assumptions and track actual vs. forecast results - Facilitate integration governance meetings and provide structured executive updates - Identify process gaps and improve integration playbooks to support repeatable execution - Support operational site visits and transition planning during active integrations Required Experience - 5+ years in post-merger integration, management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or similar cross-functional leadership roles - Direct exposure to financial modeling and P&L impact analysis - Demonstrated ability to translate integration initiatives into measurable financial and operational impact - Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs - Advanced Excel capability required (modeling, financial tracking, reporting dashboards) - Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority What This Role Is Not - Not a corporate development role - Not a standalone integration strategy architect - Not a systems-only IT integration position This is a disciplined execution role with financial accountability and meaningful exposure to senior leadership, with opportunity to expand scope as our integration function continues to evolve.
