• Analyze pipeline and revenue performance: Evaluate pipeline health, bookings, and revenue trends across sales motions including new business, expansion, and renewals to inform GTM strategy and execution • Support pipeline health and inspection: Analyze coverage, conversion, velocity, stage progression, and risk indicators to surface insights that improve pipeline quality and predictability • Enable forecasting and performance management: Support revenue forecasting processes through analytical inputs, variance analysis, and performance tracking to improve forecast accuracy and confidence • Develop pipeline and revenue analytics: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and leading indicators • Support revenue operating cadence: Prepare analytical materials and insights for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, monthly business reviews, and quarterly strategy reviews • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis: Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes impacting pipeline and revenue performance, and translate findings into actionable insights • Deliver executive-ready insights: Synthesize complex data into clear, concise narratives and recommendations for senior leaders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM analytics, strategy, management consulting, or a related analytical discipline
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue performance management

ADTRAV is seeking an Associate Manager Group Air Operations to assist the manager in motivating and supervising Group Air Agents and resolves minor issues from clients. In addition, this position conducts research for payment changes. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to overseeing the prompt answering of emails/phones, reviewing time off requests, reviewing, and adjusting time punches, and training of agents on procedures and policies. Overview Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking an Area Director of Revenue to join our dynamic team supporting the Outbound Collection in Stowe, VT and at least one other Outbound property. The role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic, demand-based pricing plan in collaboration with the Home Office and property teams, with a focus on vacation rentals. This includes analyzing competitive markets, comp sets, and current and future market conditions to optimize channel performance and profitability. The position is accountable for achieving or surpassing revenue goals across the designated properties by implementing pricing strategies and effectively communicating them to stakeholders. Responsibilities - Develop and present pricing strategy proposals informed by historical and current market data sources (such as Airdna, KeyData, RMS, etc.), as well as qualitative assessments of a property’s amenities and positioning compared to similar properties in the market. - Manage rates, minimum stays, and promotions to ensure pricing adjustments are being optimized across all channels. - Create, execute and evaluate strategic pricing decisions to maximize revenues. - Closely monitor the performance of each property or rental unit by conducting variance analysis on key KPIs, including Market Penetration Index (MPI), Booking Velocity, Length of Stay (LOS), Booking Window (DBA), and Channel Dependency. Additionally, stay attuned to market trends, such as cancellation policies and special events. - Educate our stakeholders on our Revenue Management Methodology by producing well-designed, clear, and concise monthly revenue and market data reports. - Lead revenue virtual video strategy meetings with hotel teams. - Oversee the accuracy of the RMS system. - Manage the hotel’s group rate pricing strategy up to 24 months in advance, as needed. - Create and manage an electronic distribution strategy encompassing third-party internet content and positioning, market manager relationships, and GDS distribution channels. - Monitor all electronic distribution sites on a regular basis to ensure all rates and room types are loaded and accessible. - Partner with property and Home Office teams to ensure all are activating a short-term tactical marketing plan around merchandising and distribution. - Collaborate with marketing to create and implement website and search engine optimization (SEOP), search engine advertising (SEA), and online marketing. - Work directly with key partners to implement a results-driven action plan during high demand times as well as implement strategies during lower-demand times to steal share - Lead weekly strategy meetings that cover competitive business analysis, financial room forecasts, and budgeting. - Produce daily, weekly, monthly core group of reports such as day by day forecasts, market segmentation detail, channel distribution, and pace (group and transient). - Ensure that a results-driven action plan is created and implemented. Qualifications - At least 2 years of multi-property revenue leadership experience. - A background in unique properties a plus (campground, airstream, etc.). - Ability to travel to properties at least 1x/quarter. - Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and analysis. - Highly proficient in the systems of HMS Infor, Duetto, Sabre Synxis, Pricelabs/Beyond Pricing, Track PMS, Keydata, Profitsword, etc. - A strong user of all Microsoft systems including Power BI.
