The position could be located in Roy, UT, Huntsville, AL or fully remote. NGINE is a DS Sector Capability Center established to be the internal supplier of high-quality software to DS Sector programs. The Operations Lead ensures strategy translates into execution by managing operational planning, budget, and governance rhythms. This individual will partner closely with engineering leadership, program management, finance, HR, and enterprise operations to remove friction, anticipate risk, and facilitate clarity at scale.
