The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on flow and Apex development. Knowledge or experience with Conga documents is a plus. In this role you will: - Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, profiles, and permissions - Create and manage custom objects, fields, and relationships - Develop and maintain Salesforce flows and Apex triggers - Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems with thorough understanding of API’s and synchronization, including limits - Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues - Provide training and support to Salesforce users - Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices - Work closely with stakeholders for criteria and follow-up. Role Requirements: - Salesforce Senior Administrator certification - Platform App Developer II Certification a plus - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration - Strong understanding of Salesforce flow development and Apex development - Experience with Conga (document creation and automation) a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Compensation: Annual Targeted Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 USD Annual Target Bonus: 10% At Forward Financing, we're committed to fair and transparent compensation.
