• Performing on-site and remote supplier oversight to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements. • Managing the day-to-day activities of the Supplier Quality staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, etc. • Prepares and issues Supplier Quality surveillance assignments for execution by the assigned Supplier Quality Specialists and reviews/approves resulting reports. • Facilitates communication between on and off project personnel across disciplines; directs assigned Supplier Quality Specialists • Participates in resolution of technical and quality issues arising from area/shop Supplier Quality activities including monitoring of dispositions and corrections made to assure documented evidence of satisfactory closeout. • Plan and perform Supplier and Internal Audits as a Lead Auditor. • Perform general assessment and critique of nuclear quality programs and assessments • Work with Supply Chain management to resolve technical and quality deficiencies with Suppliers quality oversight of critical procurements to meet project milestones and schedules • Ensuring personal, industrial, and nuclear safety is a core aspect of daily work. • Fostering Nuclear Safety Culture Traits and Human Performance Tools both internally at TerraPower and with suppliers. • Attends specific shop visits such as initial visits, in-process surveillances performing Supplier Quality Specialist witness and hold points, or inspection activities at the shop. • Plan and perform commercial grade surveys of commercial suppliers

• Designing, implementing, and executing manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests • Designing and implementing testing strategy for the Backend API Platform • Testing mobile network connectivity by interacting with mobile devices • Running Functional and End-to-End tests and making that sure the functionalities are in conformance with the user stories, acceptance criteria and design documents • Ensuring version releases with 0 critical bugs • Looking for ways to increase automation ratio as much as possible while performing manual tests for the scenarious that are not automated yet • Collaborating and working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers to share bug reports, ensure business requirements are met, and increase code and automated test coverages • Tracking and measuring quality metrics to take any necessary corrective actions proactively for one thing: the best quality can be achieved • Evaluating, building, and improving the roadmap and infrastructure of the overall QA strategy and testing cycle for the end-products, making recommendations as necessary • Helping to build and grow a strong and dedicated QA Guild

Role Description The Enterprise Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products on web and mobile platforms through meticulous manual and automated testing and validation. A member of the Software Development Team, they will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Duties and Responsibilities - Review product specifications and technical design documents to understand them and provide feedback. - Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for web and mobile platforms. - Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance and performance testing across multiple browsers, devices and operating systems. - Design, develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks. - Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing. - Perform API testing using tools like Postman. - Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and similar systems. - Collaborate with the development and product team to reproduce and resolve issues. - Validate UI/UX and performance across different devices and screen resolutions. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and documentation. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance or software testing of web and mobile platforms. - Proficient in Python to create test scripts and manage automated testing. - Knowledge of MySQL databases. - Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Zephyr, TestRail, JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD tools, Postman, and the AWS cloud platform. - Familiarity with cross-browser/platform testing tools. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes, especially within an Agile environment.
