Duties: - Responsible for developing and deploying Microsoft Entra solutions to centralize identity management, automate RBAC (Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access requests, etc.), integrate with HR systems, and enhance cybersecurity through best practices that align with a Zero Trust Architecture. - Provide Entra best practices and SME consulting to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in various IAM initiatives where expert knowledge of Azure/M365 and Entra can spawn new Entra projects and shape the strategic road map. - Propose and design solutions that automate RBAC and lifecycle management processes via Entra.. Required: - Minimum six years of experience designing and deploying Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for the federal government to manage user access to cloud applications. - An expert in Microsoft Entra ID with deep technical proficiency in application configuration, including complex SSO integrations and OIDC/SAML protocols. - Must possess broad IAM expertise, specifically driving the architecture and automation of Entra Lifecycle Management to streamline identity governance and secure the user from joiner to leaver. - The candidate must be highly proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to programmatically manage identity data and automate complex administrative workflows at scale. - Hands on experience with Microsoft Entra identity and access management solutions, automating RBAC, O365, and synchronization of entities between on-premise and cloud directories. The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
