Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

Opal Group

• Create, schedule, and manage marketing content across digital channels to promote Opal Group’s conferences, speakers, and attendees • Serve as the division’s dedicated digital and onsite marketing representative, producing photos, videos, testimonials, and live content at conferences and across marketing channels • Execute email marketing campaigns and event promotions to drive registrations and engagement • Manage and grow social media presence, including LinkedIn and other professional platforms • Track engagement, performance metrics, and inbound leads from email and social media campaigns • Maintain accurate records of inbound marketing leads and campaign activity • Work closely with division leadership to support marketing initiatives and campaign priorities • Research relevant media outlets, publications, and industry partners to support marketing outreach • Assist with content editing, proofreading, and quality control across marketing materials • Collaborate with marketing, graphics, and conference teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging

Job Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid U.S. entry visa required
  • Advanced English skills in verbal and written communication are required
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or email marketing is preferred
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with social media platforms and digital content tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support onsite conference marketing
