Sales Development Manager
KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC
• Oversees implementation and administration of the organization's sales development program • Generates, pursues, and closes sales with prospective customers • Manages a team of inside Sales Development Representatives • Assesses potential new markets and develops strategies for targeting customers. • Establishes lead generation and prospect contact standards. • Acquires new business through channel partners and maintains relationships. • Collaborates with product specialists, engineers, and marketing associates. • Researches opportunities to drive sales and manages prospect pipelines. • Builds and maintains internal and external relationships to increase revenue. • Trains users in Salesforce and explains designs and changes to users • Develops sales channel partner relationships and facilitates daily transactional activities.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and channel development
- Experience managing and coaching a team of INSIDE sales development reps
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to develop business in new and existing accounts
- Experience being held to metrics and consistently achieving targets
- Problem solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-lead environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Zoom Info, Renenue.io or similar platforms
- Experience working with Fortune 100 companies.

• Prospecting via calls, emails, texts and social media outreach to generate leads • Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations • Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives including proper hand off and tracking • Research target accounts to identify new sales opportunities • Maintain accurate and up to date records in Salesforce
**Pipeline Generation & Prospecting** - Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and networking. - Conduct targeted prospecting within assigned territories to feed the Outside Sales funnel. - Perform research using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google, and industry resources to identify ideal customer profiles and buyer personas. **Inbound Qualification** - Respond quickly to inbound leads from Marketing campaigns and website inquiries. - Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, timelines, and buying authority. - Clearly articulate Veriforce’s value proposition tailored to each role, use case, or industry. **Opportunity Development** - Generate interest, handle early-stage objections, and educate prospects on our platform and services. - Schedule high‑quality introductory discovery/qualification meetings for Outside Sales. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on territory plans, campaign execution, and go‑to‑market initiatives. **Sales Process Execution & Alignment** - Log all activities, notes, and prospect intelligence in Salesforce to ensure high‑quality data and visibility for the broader team.
