Valimail is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Demand Generation team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline and drive business growth. You’ll collaborate across teams to develop audience segmentation, build nurture programs, and test performance to continuously improve campaign results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation, with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. What you will do - Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. - Build and manage automated email nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel and convert to opportunities. - Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to define segmentation strategies, track performance, and report on outcomes. - Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to align messaging, creative, and campaign strategy with company goals. - Create testing and optimization frameworks to improve email performance, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. - Build and manage website pages and programs to drive conversions. - Manage campaign calendars, deliverables, and project timelines across internal teams and external partners. - Analyze campaign performance, share insights, and recommend actionable optimizations. - Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and outreach strategies. What you will have - 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology. - Proven experience creating and optimizing email nurture campaigns (Marketo experience strongly preferred). - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics. - Strong analytical skills and a testing-first mindset. - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect and buyer pain points. - Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
