Qualifications - 5+ years of CCaaS Direct Sales experience. - Expertise in contact center management principals and ability to provide insights to end users. - Deep understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS vendors and their solution sets. - Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, for both SMB and Enterprise applications. - Knowledge of Unified Communication & Contact Center in the carrier (service provider) space. - Superior verbal/written communication and listening skills; A must given the diverse roles and types this individual will engage with. - Comfortable with trade show contributions and speaker duties. - Willingness and able to travel as needed (50% of the time).
