Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Intern to support content production, marketing operations, and design execution. This role is ideal for a marketing student or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a fast-paced consulting environment. This internship will directly support: - Case study production - HubSpot execution - LinkedIn content scheduling - Light design work to maintain marketing velocity Key Responsibilities - Case Study & Content Support - Assist in drafting and formatting customer case studies - Format case studies for website and PDF distribution - Maintain case study tracking documentation - HubSpot Marketing Operations - Build and format emails in HubSpot (templates provided) - Upload and format blog posts - Create landing pages from existing content - Manage list segmentation and data hygiene - QA workflows and email formatting before deployment - LinkedIn & Social Media Support - Schedule posts for company and leadership accounts - Format posts using provided messaging - Pull engagement analytics - Repurpose blog content into short-form LinkedIn content - Design & Asset Production - Create simple graphics in Canva or Figma using brand templates - Resize assets for email, LinkedIn, and website use - Support minor website updates (copy swaps, image updates) - Maintain brand consistency across assets Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - Strong writing and editing skills - Highly detail-oriented (this role requires careful formatting and QA) - Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, or similar tools preferred - Comfortable working independently with clear task direction - Interest in B2B marketing, consulting, or SaaS Skills We Value - Organization and project tracking - Basic marketing analytics understanding - Process-oriented mindset - Ability to turn long-form content into shorter formats Time Commitment & Compensation - 15–25 hours per week - Flexible schedule within business hours - Hourly rate of $18 - $23 What This Intern Will Gain - Hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations - Exposure to revenue technology platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Pricefx, Xactly) - Real portfolio work, including case studies and campaign execution - Experience working inside a high-growth consulting firm

Job Requirements
