• Taking primary responsibility for program management of our AirCover for Host Program • Developing project / program plans and readiness trackers for multiple business critical initiatives • Drive metric definition and storytelling explaining strategic priorities’ impact on objectives and key results • Simultaneously managing multiple ongoing projects and tracking their execution progress throughout all phases of their lifecycle • Reengineering existing project management processes where necessary to meet AirCover’s future needs • Other items as required

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience with paid insurance offers offered online, preferred
  • PMP certification or similar, preferred
  • Demonstrated experience of independently managing and delivering large, cross functional projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, AirTable)
  • Ability to proactively develop relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners
  • Create and deliver a narrative; comfortable with speaking to executives (VP level)
  • Comfort with standing up and leading meeting series with cross functional partners to track and complete work

In this role, you will work cross-functionally across Legal, Engineering and Product teams to manage complex privacy and data protection projects. You will be encouraged to ideate on how Coinbase approaches privacy topics, while equipping the privacy team to craft roadmaps with their partners and increase privacy maturity.
