Job Description Job Title: Entry-Level Teamcenter Support Engineer Job Location: Irving, TX (Remote) About the job you’re considering Teamcenter Support Engineer is an entry-level position responsible for providing Level-1 application support for Siemens Teamcenter PLM. The role focuses on user support, basic issue resolution, ticket management, and routine operational tasks, while learning Teamcenter concepts and support processes under the guidance of senior team members. Your Role • Provide L1 support for Teamcenter users using defined SOPs and runbooks. • Assist users with login issues, navigation, and basic functional queries. • Support Items, BOM viewing, datasets, and simple workflows. • Log and manage tickets in ServiceNow / Remedy / JIRA. • Perform routine application health checks and basic log collection. • Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as per SLA. • Participate in on-call support rotations as per project schedule. • Support planned weekend activities such as maintenance or deployments. • Work outside standard business hours on a planned or rotational basis when required. Your Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / IT / CS / ECE) or equivalent. • Basic understanding of Siemens Teamcenter PLM is preferred (training or project exposure). • Familiarity with Items, BOMs, datasets, workflows, and Active Workspace (user level) is preferred. • Working knowledge in Linux environment. • Good communication skills and willingness to learn. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $41,100 - $96,600/Year Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
