Senior Account Executive
Cheesecake Labs
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with primary focus on new client acquisition • Proactively generate pipeline through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, calls) and targeted industry events. • Lead executive-level discovery conversations to uncover business pain points, priorities, and buying intent. • Partner with Solutions Architects to design and present tailored proposals • Negotiate MSAs and SOWs, coordinating with Ops and Legal • Stay engaged post-sale for strong handoffs and expansion opportunities • Provide market feedback to leadership on positioning and strategy • Represent Cheesecake Labs at industry events and executive forums
Job Requirements
- 5-8+ years in full-cycle B2B sales at digital product agencies, technology consultancies, or software engineering firms
- Proven track record closing $200K+ deals you sourced and closed yourself
- Strong hunter DNA: comfortable with cold outreach, high activity, and building pipeline from zero
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving discovery, solution design, executive alignment, and negotiation
- Can discuss technology at a business level (you don't need to code, but you need to guide solution conversations intelligently)
- Excellent communicator who earns trust with senior executives
- Self-directed, disciplined, accountable, thrives with autonomy and minimal inbound support
- Proficient with CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report performance.
