About the Role The Senior Manager of Demand Generation Execution reports to the VP Global Growth Marketing and is responsible for executing high-impact demand programs through core digital channels, including email, webinars, and paid media. This role focuses on how programs are activated and optimized—owning channel execution, campaign operations, and performance optimization in close partnership with Marketing Programs, Website and Marketing Operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on demand generation leader who thrives on turning strategy into results, scaling proven tactics, and driving measurable pipeline impact. What You'll Do: Campaign & Channel Execution - Own execution of demand generation campaigns across key channels, including: - Email marketing (promotional, nurture, lifecycle) - Webinar and virtual event marketing - Paid media (search, social, display, retargeting) - Translate integrated program strategies into detailed execution plans, timelines, and channel tactics. - Ensure campaigns are launched on time, on budget, and with high quality. Email & Marketing Automation - Own email strategy execution, including segmentation, cadence, testing, and optimization. - Partner with Marketing Ops to manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and routing. - Ensure best practices for deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization. Paid Media & Digital (Paid Display, Paid Content Syn, Paid Webinar, Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Video +) Optimization - Manage paid media execution, either directly (6Sense) or through agency partners. - Optimize targeting, creative, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize pipeline ROI. - Continuously test and iterate on messaging, offers, and formats. Webinars & Virtual Events - Own webinar demand execution, including promotion strategy, registration conversion, attendance optimization, and follow-up. - Partner with content, product marketing, and speakers to ensure compelling audience experiences. Team Leadership - Lead a team of Campaign Managers Performance Measurement & Reporting - Track and report on channel-level and campaign performance, including engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve future execution and inform program strategy. - Maintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences in partnership with Marketing Ops. Operational & Vendor Management - Manage execution workflows, tools, and vendors/agencies supporting paid media and digital execution. - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve scalability. What We’re Looking For - 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Deep hands-on experience with email marketing, webinars, and paid media execution. - Strong command of marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, 6 Sense, OpenPrise) and paid media platforms. - Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and experimentation. - Highly organized executor with strong project management skills. - Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. - Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with ease. - Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage. - Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
