Community Engagement Manager

Lime

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies. • Organize and facilitate open houses, roundtables, and community events to gather feedback, foster dialogue and educate our riders. • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and stakeholders. • Serve as the primary point of contact for public and community inquiries and concerns. Liaise with government partners. • Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding project developments and impacts, and maintain a stakeholder database to track interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with the Lime Communications and Marketing teams to develop clear and effective communication materials, represent Lime at public events and ensure all communications are culturally sensitive and inclusive. • Work closely with Lime’s operations team to integrate community feedback, develop and manage community participation programs, monitor engagement effectiveness, and prepare reports for Lime management teams and municipal partners, as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • At least two (2) consecutive years related experience leading or working in community engagement, government affairs, public policy, campaigns, and/or communications, within the Los Angeles area.
  • A minimum of two (2) years working directly with any level of government.
  • A multi-tasker comfortable working on multiple priorities at once while executing projects in a demanding environment.
  • Availability to travel around the Los Angeles area and other Southwest markets.
  • Available for regular events on evenings and weekends.
  • Previous professional experience in transportation and mobility would be beneficial.
