As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Forethought, you will design and build AI-powered products that transform the customer support experience. You’ll develop features that help support teams find answers faster, automate complex workflows, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our modern tech stack includes React.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, and MongoDB. As a key member of our early engineering team, you’ll work closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams to turn complex challenges into elegant, intuitive solutions. You’ll own the frontend architecture, write clean and maintainable code, and develop reliable integrations with REST APIs. The salary range, $170,000-$200,000, reflects the target for new hire base salaries; final offers are tailored to the candidate's specific location, years of experience, and job-related competencies.

• Build new user-interfaces (UI), components, and libraries for use within our applications • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and the Backend Development team to ensure tech and design are in sync • Review code written by other Front-End Developers • Ensure industry standard development best practices are observed, including accessibility and privacy compliance • Provide awareness and implementation of SEO best practices • Keep up with the latest front-end technology in the industry and make recommendations to use/migrate to them

• Design, build, and maintain performant backend services in TypeScript • Support and optimize production ready backend systems • Integrate and manage services like PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS SQS, and Centrifugo • Collaborate with the lead AI backend engineer to integrate with our AI infrastructure • Ensure high system reliability, security, and observability across services • Own and drive end-to-end feature development with a strong eye on user experience • Champion clean code, technical excellence, and continuous improvement • Maintain, modernize, and migrate legacy code

• Own end-to-end tracking implementation and ensure clean, reliable event measurement across ad platforms, CRMs, and client websites • Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand tracking requirements, implement solutions, and validate data accuracy across systems • Configure and maintain GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and related platforms • Implement and QA event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, CRMs, and ecommerce systems • Validate conversion events, UTMs, and attribution logic across platforms • Integrate tracking with CRMs and systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevel • Work directly in client codebases when tag managers are insufficient • Implement and troubleshoot tracking in React and TypeScript environments • Test and verify all tracking implementations before handoff • Produce clear documentation outlining setups, assumptions, and limitations • Gather tracking requirements in partnership with account managers • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
