• Design, build, and maintain performant backend services in TypeScript • Support and optimize production ready backend systems • Integrate and manage services like PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS SQS, and Centrifugo • Collaborate with the lead AI backend engineer to integrate with our AI infrastructure • Ensure high system reliability, security, and observability across services • Own and drive end-to-end feature development with a strong eye on user experience • Champion clean code, technical excellence, and continuous improvement • Maintain, modernize, and migrate legacy code

• Own end-to-end tracking implementation and ensure clean, reliable event measurement across ad platforms, CRMs, and client websites • Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand tracking requirements, implement solutions, and validate data accuracy across systems • Configure and maintain GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and related platforms • Implement and QA event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, CRMs, and ecommerce systems • Validate conversion events, UTMs, and attribution logic across platforms • Integrate tracking with CRMs and systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevel • Work directly in client codebases when tag managers are insufficient • Implement and troubleshoot tracking in React and TypeScript environments • Test and verify all tracking implementations before handoff • Produce clear documentation outlining setups, assumptions, and limitations • Gather tracking requirements in partnership with account managers • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Execute daily Twig templating for Drupal and WordPress themes • Build reusable, scalable template components that match design and UX guidelines. • Implement responsive, high-quality UI with Tailwind CSS. • Write clean and efficient vanilla JavaScript, including lightweight animations. • Ensure templates are optimized for accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility. • Collaborate with backend developers, the design team, and the SEO unit to integrate templates with CMS functionality and ensure design accuracy and performance best practices. • Work independently in a remote environment, managing tasks and priorities effectively. • Use GitLab for version control, branching, and collaboration workflows. • Identify and resolve template-related issues and inconsistencies.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality payment processing systems using React.js and other relevant technologies • Build and refine seamless transaction experiences that optimize fund transfers for speed, security, and reliability • Ensure an efficient and intuitive onboarding experience for users interacting with payment systems, reducing friction and improving trust • Develop innovative features that enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty within the payments ecosystem • Set the standard for high-quality, secure code and lead the development of complex financial software systems • Influence technical decisions, contribute to strategy discussions, and shape product/domain decisions with a deep understanding of financial systems and security best practices • Mentor engineers, foster a culture of technical excellence, and drive process improvements in financial software development • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and fault-tolerant financial systems, ensuring compliance and security best practices
