AI Solutions Architect – AI Integration Consultant

• Partner with customers to deeply understand their support operations, challenges, and automation goals, translating those into impactful AI-driven solutions using Forethought’s platform. • Design, configure, and implement intelligent workflows by training and tuning large language models (LLMs), building integrations, and optimizing automation strategies for maximum customer value. • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices for implementing and scaling AI solutions across their customer experience ecosystem. • Lead end-to-end implementations, from discovery and solution design through deployment, testing, and enablement, ensuring successful launches and measurable time-to-value. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless implementations and provide feedback that helps shape Forethought’s roadmap. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation, applying creativity and technical expertise to ensure smooth delivery. • Continuously improve AI performance by fine-tuning model behavior, enhancing automations, and iterating based on real-world results. • Document solutions, best practices, and learnings to scale knowledge across teams and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, guidance, and insights throughout each project lifecycle. • Drive innovation and thought leadership, identifying new ways to apply AI to customer success workflows and maximize client ROI.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Forethought, you will design and build AI-powered products that transform the customer support experience. You’ll develop features that help support teams find answers faster, automate complex workflows, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our modern tech stack includes React.js, TypeScript, FastAPI, and MongoDB. As a key member of our early engineering team, you’ll work closely with Design, Product, and Backend teams to turn complex challenges into elegant, intuitive solutions. You’ll own the frontend architecture, write clean and maintainable code, and develop reliable integrations with REST APIs. • Build automated lifecycle journeys across onboarding, adoption, renewal, cross-sell, and upsell. • Partner with our customer support team to operationalize customer communications and reminders. • Drive revenue impact by identifying and activating expansion moments at key lifecycle intervals. • Own customer newsletters and product update announcements. • Design event-triggered campaigns using product signals, Appcues events, and Salesforce data. • Support, with opportunity to own, customer-facing webinars, events and other campaigns and programs. • Build and scale programs for G2 reviews, testimonials, references, and referral motions. • Maintain an always-on pipeline of customer quotes, case studies, and success stories. • Capture customer sentiment (NPS, in-app feedback, surveys) and surface insights internally.
