Associate Attorney – Bankruptcy Foreclosure

• Represent clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, including appearances at hearings and mediations. • Draft, review, and manage legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation with precision. • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel. • Ensure all case-related tasks are completed accurately and submitted within established deadlines. • Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the legal team.
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing license to practice law in Maryland and/or Virginia State Bar.
- Must possess a valid vehicle and be willing to travel to in-person hearings as needed.
- Must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining attendance.
- Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking legal environment.
