Job Description

Senior Analyst, Legal Systems Admin

• Administer and maintain legal software systems including DocuSign, Salesforce, SSO, LinkSquares, GEMS, Streamline, and SimpleLegal, with responsibility for user access management, system configurations, and security protocols • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal team software tools, resolving issues and escalating complex problems when necessary • Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across assigned legal technology platforms • Design and maintain user documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for legal software tools • Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts • Train legal team members on software functionality, best practices, and process improvements • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support legal operations and system usage analytics • Support acquisition integration efforts by configuring legal systems for new entities and ensuring seamless data migration and contract repository consolidation • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including license allocation and access provisioning • Support system integrations and API connections between legal platforms and other enterprise systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, technical support, or legal operations
  • Minimum 2 years experience with legal software administration
  • Strong proficiency in user access management, system configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Salesforce administration or working within Salesforce environments preferred
  • Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel experience with advanced functions and data analysis capabilities
  • PowerBI or similar business intelligence tool experience preferred
  • Project management experience with system implementations, upgrades, or legal technology rollouts
  • Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise system administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business users
  • Self-starter who can independently manage system administration responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Understanding of legal workflows, matter management, and contract lifecycle processes preferred
