Summary Founded in 2015 as a stand-alone global business unit (GBU), Unilever Prestige is now a leading global luxury beauty company and a powerhouse hub within Unilever. Unilever Prestige is now a €1.6 bn business comprising of a house of eight authentic companies (including Hourglass, Paula’s Choice, Living Proof, Tatcha, Murad, K18, Dermalogica and Garancia), that are each powered by unique mission. An HR role in Prestige is different: you’ll sit at the center of a dynamic, entrepreneurial portfolio and help shape how we scale—supporting leaders and employees across multiple businesses, systems, and ways of working. If you’re energized by variety, complexity, and real ownership, you’ll thrive here. Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger. The Opportunity This role is the operational engine and trusted day-to-day partner for our HR Business Partners and the broader organization. You’ll bring rigor to our people processes, help leaders and employees navigate the moments that matter across the employee lifecycle, and turn people data into actionable insight. You’ll work portfolio-wide across eight companies—so you’ll learn fast, build strong relationships, and develop a unique view of talent, org health, and change across a high-growth luxury beauty ecosystem. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle • Provide responsive, high-quality HR support for employees and managers, partnering closely with HRBPs on day-to-day needs. • Process and maintain HR transactions (Workday and related systems) across the employee lifecycle (e.g., hires, changes, exits, job changes, manager updates). • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of HR data, documentation, and records—raising the bar on operational excellence across Prestige. • Serve as an initial point of contact for employee relations questions; triage, document, and partner with HRBPs to guide resolution appropriately. People Data, Insights & Organizational Health • Own quarterly collection of Prism/people data from Heads of HR and ensure clean, reliable inputs. • Analyze quarterly trends and deliver clear, actionable insights on organizational health (themes, risks, opportunities, recommended actions). • Lead “People Move” insights and reporting—tracking patterns, surfacing drivers, and improving data quality and storytelling over time. Change & Organizational Support • Support organizational design and change initiatives by gathering inputs, preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and driving follow-through. • Help deliver change communications—drafting content, organizing toolkits, and ensuring leaders and employees have what they need when they need it. • Be a proactive, solutions-focused partner who helps the business navigate ambiguity and gets things done with care and precision. Cross-Portfolio Operations • Work across all Prestige companies on portfolio-wide initiatives, including data reconciliation, process improvements, and consistent execution across multiple HR ecosystems. What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you’re known for getting traction in complex environments and combining high care with high standards. Core capabilities: • Experience delivering HR operational excellence in a complex, matrixed organization. • Comfort working across multiple HR systems/ecosystems and bringing together insights from different platforms. • Strong judgment and ability to coach/support employees and managers through sensitive or complex issues with objectivity and discretion. • Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and partner effectively across levels. • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Detail orientation and the ability to connect dots and data across multiple sources • Great business acumen and the ability to tie people strategy to business objectives • Knowledge of US employment practices is a plus. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in: • A highly complex fast paced environment: you’ll navigate ambiguity and be agile in your approach to getting tasks done. • An entrepreneurial culture: you enjoy the balance of thinking strategically and rolling your sleeves up. • A matrix network where relationships and stakeholdering are essential: you need to build trust and be comfortable partnering senior leaders. You’ll need to be able to influence outcomes without authority and be effective at delivering through others. • A culture that requires an incredibly curious mindset: you want to learn and understand the challenges and complexities of the Prestige brands, to help you deliver the most effective solutions. • The ability to create structure and attention to detail: you’ll need to ensure you see things through to conclusions irrespective of distraction and fast pace. • An environment that rewards progress: You’re curious, eager to learn the uniqueness of each brand, and motivated by making things better—not just maintaining them.
