Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or a related People function.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing people, ideally within a high-volume or fast-scaling environment.
- Strong people leader who builds engaged, accountable, high-performing teams.
- Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
- Demonstrated success building or improving operational processes at scale.
- Navigate ambiguity confidently and lead teams through growth and change.
- Thoughtful stakeholder partner who can influence across levels, including senior leadership.
- Data-informed and able to balance metrics with human-centered leadership.
- Experience supporting recruiting programs is a plus.

Job highlights The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You’ll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people’s current treatment regimen.
