Job Summary As a Paid Search Analyst at Reunion Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns. Your role will focus on generating quality leads and delivering measurable outcomes through strategic planning, performance analysis, and effective client communication. You will work collaboratively with internal and external teams to align campaign efforts with both client objectives and our broader marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: - Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, tailored specifically for the home services sector. - Create and manage targeted paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, emphasizing local lead generation. - Utilize multivariate testing (A/B) and data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance. Performance Tracking and Data Analysis: - Define campaign goals and monitor key performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL) and lead-to-booking conversion rates. - Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Reporting and Budget Oversight: - Produce detailed performance reports, highlighting critical metrics for home services businesses. - Present insights and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients on a bi-weekly to monthly basis. - Oversee daily and monthly campaign budgets to ensure optimal ROI while maintaining budget adherence. Collaboration and Innovation: - Work closely with content strategists, designers, and client success teams to create cohesive marketing strategies. - Develop innovative advertising strategies and identify areas for efficiency improvement within campaigns. - Conduct regular audits using tools such as GA4, GTM, and GSC to ensure compliance with best practices and optimize conversion rates. Client Management: - Engage with clients during onboarding and throughout campaign execution, ensuring alignment with their unique business needs and objectives. - Build and maintain strategic relationships to support high client retention rates. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search and social media campaigns, preferably within local or service-based businesses. Technical and Analytical Skills: - Proficient in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. - Strong data analysis capabilities, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics. - Experience with digital marketing tools including GA4, GTM, and GSC is a plus. - Familiarity with SEO and DNI principles.
