GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Associate Consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solutions clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of Hyphen Solutions’ software applications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Associate Consultants work as members of a team or as an individual, providing critical process review, system design and configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, and user training as well as product knowledge expertise. The responsibilities of an Associate Consultant are usually performed at a customer site, under close supervision on clearly defined assignments. Specific duties and responsibilities include: - Assist with planning the implementation and developing the implementation project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget. - Review existing technology, systems, infrastructure, and data integrity. Work with client personnel to ensure these areas are ready to support deployment of Hyphen Solutions’ applications and help to resolve any issues that arise in these areas. - Set up and configure Hyphen Solutions’ applications to meet the business needs of the client. - Conduct Conference Room Pilots to verify new business processes, system configuration, and integration. - Train client personnel, including management and field users. - Provide on-going training and application support for application users. - Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process. - Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process. - Adhere to all Hyphen Solutions’ policies and procedures as well as implementation methodology and policies. Analyst, Store Operations / Workforce Management About the role Reporting to the Manager of Workforce Management (Store Operations) at Ann Taylor/LOFT, the Analyst, Workforce Management core responsibilities include optimizing the WFM tools/systems for the field and provides the necessary support, guidance and direction to stores for the best execution towards labor goals and ROI. This position includes the management of our automated workforce management system, labor budgeting, forecasting and allocation and the execution of the divisional standard operating procedures via WFM. They also will be responsible for helping with strategic road mapping and delivering initiatives across the business. This is primarily a remote work model role, based out of our NYC Times Square Tower office. The impact you can have Technology Support - Manage maintenance, configuration, documentation and production support of our WFM system. - Participate in enhancements and technology rollouts for our WFM system including requirements gathering, testing, implementation and post-implementation support.
