Appraisal Coordinator

Role Description The Appraisal Coordinator supports the bank's real estate appraisal operations by managing the tracking and delivery of third-party reports through the Real Estate Information Management System (RIMS). This role ensures timely coordination of appraisals, environmental assessments, and other due diligence products from approved vendors, while assisting the Appraisal Manager in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policy. Working under supervision, this position manages the RIMS workflow, internal work files, vendor panel documentation, and weekly invoice processing. Additionally, this role provides essential support to the Real Estate Support Services (RESS) team, contributing to the overall efficiency and integrity of the bank's appraisal function.
