Role Description The QA Analyst plans, develops and executes test cases for Hyphen’s web and mobile applications and their integration to customers’ ERP system. The QA Analyst also attends product design reviews, integrates test cases into the testing automation framework, assists with regression and load testing, contributes to process improvements, and works closely with developers and product managers to ensure success. Qualifications - Bachelor Degree - 1-3 years’ experience in a quality assurance and testing role - Knowledgeable in quality assurance techniques and practices - Ability to develop and document new test cases including expected results - Ability to execute existing tests and to analyze the results - Ability to accurately plan and estimate testing efforts - Experience testing web-based applications - Experience testing mobile applications - Strong organization and time management skills - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required - Ability to work independently while adding value to team projects and assisting in the achievement of department goals - Excellent decision-making skills and issue resolution skills - Knowledge of Microsoft platform and development tools preferred - Knowledge of SQL and tools (e.g., Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer) - Experience with utilizing automated testing tools preferred - Knowledge and experience with ERP applications a plus - Knowledge of job management, scheduling, procurement, or accounting systems a plus - Knowledge of Microsoft platform and development tools preferred (TFS – Team Foundation Server, SharePoint, etc.) Requirements - Assists with the formulation of Quality Assurance (QA) strategies, processes, and deliverables - Performs the complete testing cycle: develops test plans, test cases, expected results, and acceptance criteria. Role Description The Director of Sales is primarily responsible for new revenue generation within the homebuilding industry, focusing on builders closing between 50 and 1500 homes annually. This position will focus on selling Hyphen solutions ERP software, BuildPro, and other software solutions (i.e., BidConnect, SWIM, Inspections, Warranty, and Lien Release) into the single-family Homebuilder market. - Ability to quickly create a pipeline of business that will result in a minimum of one million dollars in annualized revenue; cold-calling skills are required. - Identify sales opportunities utilizing a consultative sales strategy and become familiar with the potential client’s pain points, decision timeline, and decision makers. - Strategically match Hyphen Solutions’ value propositions to the potential client’s pain points to result in sales. - Drive home the value of our solutions to the builder and their supply chain. - Coordinate Hyphen resources to ensure the smooth delivery of legal documents and planned implementation. - Lead and manage Enterprise Account Executives in achieving individual, team, and organizational quota. - Drive and monitor account planning and execution to deliver maximum revenue potential. - Provide routine demos of Hyphen’s software applications both in person and via the internet using web-conferencing technology. - Consistently update Hyphen’s CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure visibility of sales pipeline to management. - Route potential-client feedback and ideas to Hyphen. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Second Level Customer Care Representative is responsible for researching and resolving customer issues including those issues escalated from First Level Representatives and critical or high- priority issues. Second Level Representatives act as Subject Matter Experts for Hyphen applications and assist First Level Representatives, clients, and other Hyphen personnel in investigating and resolving a wide variety of issues. Hyphen application expertise and SQL knowledge are required to resolve issues within service level agreements. The responsibilities of an Associate Consultant are usually performed at a customer site, under close supervision on clearly defined assignments.
