Overview: Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins Monday June 8, 2026 and ends Friday August 14, 2026. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Global Privacy Intern will work closely with the Legal team. What you will do: - Support global privacy rights intake, triage, and fulfillment, including documentation of request handling. - Maintain and update privacy records, templates, and internal documentation repositories. - Assist with mapping data flows, systems, and processing activities for regulatory compliance. - Help prepare materials for audits, DPIAs, PIAs, and other risk assessments. - Conduct research and track emerging privacy regulations and enforcement trends. - Collaborate with teams across Legal, InfoSec, HR, Engineering, and Product as needed. - Participate in ongoing privacy program initiatives, including process improvements, compliance projects, and automation. - Support with customer, supplier, investor and other due diligence requests - Assist with third-party risk management - Draft summaries, memos, and operational guidance in clear and practical language. - Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. What we are looking for: - Strong interest in privacy, data protection, technology, or compliance. - Excellent writing and documentation skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow structured processes. - Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations (coursework or project experience is welcome). - Ability to work collaboratively with global teams. - Analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex operational workflows.
