• Build, optimize, and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines that ingest, clean, and organize operational data from ServiceNow, mainframe environments, distributed systems, and cloud platforms. • Develop robust extraction, transformation, and ingestion patterns for ServiceNow operational data (incidents, alerts, changes, requests), ensuring it is reliable, well-modeled, and ready for AI/ML use cases. • Design scalable data models, storage frameworks, and integration layers in Snowflake and related modern data platforms, with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and operational relevance. • Implement data quality standards, monitoring, validation, and lineage to ensure pipelines produce clean, trustworthy, and auditable datasets. • Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and MLOps to deliver and maintain production-grade feature pipelines, training datasets, and inference-ready data, supporting predictive models, anomaly detection, and intelligent runbooks. • Support ML production workflows by enabling model registration, versioning, and lifecycle management within Snowflake, working alongside ML and MLOps teams (model development itself is not the primary responsibility of this role). • Integrate Snowflake AI components, including Cortex LLMs, into data workflows for use cases such as enrichment, summarization, and operational intelligence. • Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, reduce manual intervention, and lower operational costs while improving reliability and scalability. • Work with Finance, Procurement, Cloud Operations, Mainframe Operations, and Service Operations teams to ensure data products align with high-value business outcomes.

• Ensure smooth operations of production data assets and monitor production systems for incidents. • Alert applicable parties and manage incident triaging and resolution. • Administer and analyze system issues and negotiate action for resolution. • Support workflow solutions and troubleshoot user errors. • Utilize system monitoring utilities for availability monitoring. • Create availability scorecards and reports from monitoring data. • Continuously monitor IT systems for optimal performance and availability. • Regularly monitor production data assets and alert on issues. • Collaborate with data team for issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution. • Manage incidents and document resolutions for reference. • Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. • Maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and troubleshooting. • Provide support to data teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to optimize data production processes.

• You will build the SAP consulting team in Lithuania, focusing on data migration and transformation architecture in SAP S/4HANA programs for major industrial and manufacturing customers. • You are responsible for designing, governing, and executing SAP data strategy and migration architecture, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple business domains. • You advise customers on implication of structural transformation in the respecting process analyses and data areas as well as on data migration architecture, data models, tools, and methodologies — bridging functional and technical perspectives. • You manage end-to-end data migration activities, from scoping and extraction to transformation, validation, and load into S/4HANA systems. • You collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a smooth and reliable transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA. • You will be seamlessly embedded in the SAP DACH organization with 4 competence centers and their experienced and collaborative consultants. • You will report to the team Lead for SAP Lithuania, which belongs functionally to the portfolio “SAP Transformation” and work in close alignment with the SAP consulting organization.
