FBS Data Production Support Analyst – Data Pipelines

• Ensure smooth operations of production data assets and monitor production systems for incidents. • Alert applicable parties and manage incident triaging and resolution. • Administer and analyze system issues and negotiate action for resolution. • Support workflow solutions and troubleshoot user errors. • Utilize system monitoring utilities for availability monitoring. • Create availability scorecards and reports from monitoring data. • Continuously monitor IT systems for optimal performance and availability. • Regularly monitor production data assets and alert on issues. • Collaborate with data team for issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution. • Manage incidents and document resolutions for reference. • Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. • Maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and troubleshooting. • Provide support to data teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to optimize data production processes.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with Data Pipelines, handling incidents and done root cause analysis on incidents occurring in Data pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced English level
- Proven experience in data production support or a similar role. Familiarity with data production tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
