Role Description 20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The client is seeking a Remote Business Support Virtual Assistant to serve as an extension of the front desk and billing team. This role combines: - Appointment scheduling - Insurance verification - Billing support - HR administrative coordination for a dental practice operating three primary days per week The VA will work inside Open Dental (cloud-based dental software) and support: - Patient communication - Insurance and billing processing - Internal staff administration This is a structured, healthcare-focused role requiring: - Strong attention to detail - Professionalism - The ability to handle sensitive patient and insurance information The client is hiring a VA for the first time and would like structured daily check-ins at the beginning, middle, and end of each shift.
