Role Description Assistante du pôle DSSP (Déchets Sites et Sols Pollués) - Interlocutrice locale sur le suivi des dossiers CODERST et tenue du fichier des demandes d'avis du Procureur - Suivi du courrier, enregistrements, saisies dans les applications "métiers" dont S3IC, GIDAF, expédition de documents, classement au sein du pôle DSSP - Toutes tâches de secrétariat du chef de l'UiD en intérim de l'assistante du chef d'UID - Gestion des courriers arrivée-départ et de la boîte BALU de l'UID - Accueil physique et téléphonique du public de l'UID en cas d'intérim de l'assistante titulaire en charge de l'accueil Positionnement dans la structure : Assistante DSSP L'agent exercera ses missions sous le contrôle fonctionnel (validation des documents produits par l'agent) et hiérarchique (entretien d'évaluation de l'agent) du chef de pôle DSSP de l'UiD. - Travail en réseau en interne à l'UID Loire-Haute-Loire et avec les services du siège, en particulier les services de PRICAE (Prévention des Risques Industriels, Climat Air Energie) - Travail en relation externe avec les industriels (administrés) et les administrations (préfecture, SDIS, DD(CS)PP, DDT, ARS, ...) Responsabilités essentiellement liées au suivi des dossiers, à l'enregistrement dans les outils informatiques, à l'assistance aux tâches techniques et au classement. Qualifications - Maîtrise des outils informatiques - Connaissances techniques et réglementaires dans le domaine de l'environnement industriel, inspection des installations classées - Aptitude à assimiler les réglementations et à les faire appliquer (Code de l'Environnement) - Aptitude au management et disponibilité - Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse - Sens du relationnel, de la communication et du travail en équipe - Formation initiale et continue - Connaissances spécifiques à la fonction notamment en matière de bureautique - Connaissance des outils métiers (GIDAF, ARGOS, S3IC...)
