• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as hit ratios, premium growth, loss ratios, claims trends, and retention, using data insights to inform strategy and mitigate risk • Oversee policy and form development, review, and continuous improvement to support program compliance and competitiveness • Review and manage referrals or exceptions, including non-renewals and cancellations • Analyze claims and loss reports, identifying trends and areas of concern • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across departments, providing guidance, insights, and approvals for customer-facing content • Cultivate and manage strong carrier partnerships • Architect and refine sales and support processes • Identify and apply, where applicable, AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, decision-making, and support the ongoing success of insurance programs • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and measurable success • Prepare business cases and executive summaries that influence strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles, claims, program management, and carrier relationships.
  • Proficiency with insurance platforms, data analysis tools, and emerging technologies, including experience leveraging generative AI to improve efficiency and support program development
  • Professional insurance designations such as CPCU, ASLI, or equivalent strongly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business development abilities with proven success driving growth, optimizing performance, and supporting program adoption.
