We began with a single managed cluster — but it filled almost instantly. Since then, we’ve been quietly building the systems, network, and orchestration layer that makes the world’s AI infrastructure more accessible. Today, Andromeda works with leading AI labs, data centers, and cloud providers to deliver compute when and where it’s needed most. Our platform routes training and inference jobs across global supply, unlocking flexibility and efficiency in one of the fastest-growing markets on earth. Our long-term vision is to build the liquidity layer for global AI compute. We are expanding to new frontiers to find the brightest that work in AI infrastructure, research and engineering. The Role We’re hiring a Head of Product to define and drive the product vision that makes Andromeda real in the hands of customers and providers. This is a hands-on product leadership role, not a backlog-management or consensus role. You are responsible for turning company strategy, market signal, and customer pain into: - Clear product vision - Sharp priorities - Simple, powerful user experiences - A roadmap that compounds over time You will work in close partnership with the CEO, VP of Engineering, and design team. Product defines what and why. Engineering defines how. You own clarity, focus, and outcomes. This role sits at the center of: - Customer discovery and product strategy - Platform and marketplace design - Product Engineering - GTM alignment and enablement - Economic and incentive design - Tradeoffs between speed, quality, and leverage What You’ll Own 1. Clarify the Product Vision and Strategy You own Andromeda’s product vision across: - Customer-facing platform (developers, ML teams, enterprises) - Marketplace, matching, and pricing surfaces - Supply-side workflows for providers - Internal tooling that powers operations and GTM You will: - Translate the company strategy into a coherent product strategy - Define what Andromeda is (and is not) building - Make hard prioritisation calls under real constraints - Ensure the roadmap compounds toward a durable advantage 2. Deep Customer Discovery and Market Signal You are the voice of the customer inside the company. You will: - Spend significant time with AI labs, enterprises, and providers - Understand buying processes, technical workflows, and incentives - Identify patterns across deals, support issues, and usage data - Turn qualitative and quantitative signal into product decisions 3. Own the Roadmap and Product Execution You own the product roadmap end-to-end. That means: - Clear problem definitions and success metrics - Tight scoping and sequencing with Engineering - Ruthless prioritization as constraints change - Shipping incrementally without losing the long-term arc 4. Partner Closely with Engineering You are joined at the hip with the VP of Engineering. You will: - Provide clear product direction and tradeoff framing - Ensure engineers understand why things matter - Balance speed, quality, and scalability explicitly - Protect engineering focus by eliminating ambiguity - Help hold engineering accountable for delivering against the vision 5. Be a Product Partner to GTM Product is a core revenue driver at Andromeda. You will: - Shape how the product is positioned and sold - Ensure product capabilities align with real deal requirements - Help define pricing, packaging, and marketplace mechanics - Equip Sales and Partnerships with clear narratives and demos - Close the loop between the field and the roadmap You’ll regularly engage with senior stakeholders at customers and partners and must be credible in those conversations. What Success Looks Like in Year One - The product vision is clear, coherent, and understood across the company - The roadmap is focused, realistic, and compounding - Customers clearly understand Andromeda’s value and how to use it - Product decisions are faster and better aligned with strategy - Engineering execution improves due to clarity and prioritization - Sales cycles shorten because the product story is sharper - The platform feels simpler and more powerful, even as complexity grows What We’re Looking For You may be a fit if you: - Have led product for developer tools, marketplaces, or AI/ Cloud infrastructure products, exchanges - Have an engineering background. - Are deeply comfortable working with engineers and technical customers - Are a strong systems thinker who enjoys hard tradeoffs - Thrive in zero-to-one and one-to-scale environments - Are opinionated, but evidence-driven - Have experience supporting enterprise or developer GTM motions Not a Fit If You - Primarily manage process or backlogs - Have never been an engineer - Are uncomfortable engaging directly with customers - Optimize for feature count instead of outcomes - Need a large org or perfect data to move forward Andromeda Cluster is an equal opportunity employer.
