Job Description

Senior Workday Engagement Manager

PTG

• Lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues • Support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed • Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns • Provide guidance and mentoring to Consultants • Work with client project manager to identify/resolve issues • Ensure project is delivered within budget outlined in the SOW • Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support • Participate in the sales cycle when requested

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or similar implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, public sector or Fortune 500 customers.
  • 3+ years as a Workday Engagement Manager at a Partner Consulting firm
  • Led multiple Workday platform implementations from start to completion, preferably within the public sector
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
