• Assist Engagement Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks, deliverables, and milestones • Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting agendas, and notes • Support scheduling of client meetings, internal team touchpoints, and workshops across multiple time zones • Serve as a point of coordination for client inquiries and internal project questions • Prepare and distribute weekly status reports and communication updates • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or blockers to Engagement Managers • Assist with maintaining Workday project methodology artifacts • Support resource tracking and forecast updates • Contribute to standardizing Engagement Management processes, templates, and best practices • Help maintain documentation libraries and SharePoint project sites • Participate in internal process improvement initiatives within the Workday Practice
• Expertise in Workday's Implementation Methodology • Understanding of the Workday product suite - HCM, Payroll, Financials, and/or Student • Manage 2 large and 4+ medium enterprise Workday full platform product implementations in the Project Manager role • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed • Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns • Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on their implementations • Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes • Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW • Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW • Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings • Ensure Workday compliance and scorecard updates are completed • Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support • Ensure the client can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation • Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate a delivery approach, and develop a proposal/SOW • Identify opportunities to position other service offerings • Mentor other project managers and develop tools and templates to support projects • Support the Workday Practice Operations as needed • Provide oversight to various projects as needed
• Lead and support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Payroll solutions • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into Workday configurations • Develop and execute test plans for payroll functionality, including regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Support payroll operations during implementation, parallel testing, and cutover activities • Troubleshoot payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, as well as internal company policies • Provide post-implementation support, system maintenance, and user training
• Partner with sales teams to shape and drive Workday opportunities from early-stage discovery through deal closure • Lead solution design sessions with prospective clients • Support proposal development, including solution approach, scope, pricing, timelines, and Statements of Work (SOWs) • Participate in client presentations, demos, and Orals • Design end-to-end Workday solutions across HCM and/or FINS and related modules • Provide guidance on best practices, trade-offs, and long-term system design • Lead Workday implementations across HCM or FINS modules • Build strong relationships with HR and executive stakeholders
• Document current and future-state HR processes and align them to ServiceNow capabilities • Offer expertise on best practices to support the implementation of scalable solutions across HRSD modules, including Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Pro, Case and Knowledge Management, and Employee Relations • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather functional requirements and define solution objectives • Create mock-ups and example outputs to guide design discussions and align expectations • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications • Work closely with implementers and platform teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Leads Workday reporting workstreams and delivers accurate, well-built Workday reports. • Owns project deliverables end-to-end and mentors junior analysts as needed. • Contributes directly to PTG’s growth through consistent, high-quality client delivery. • Design and build Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, and more). • Translate client requirements into technical designs. • Ensure reports’ data accuracy, security, and performance. • Create calculated fields and resolve complex report-related issues. • Validate outputs and support testing. • Lead requirements sessions and reporting workshops. • Manage assigned reporting workstreams and forecasts. • Provide innovative solutions to provide the best solutions for clients. • Mentor junior consultants, when needed. • Contribute to PTG documentation and best practices. • Stay current on Workday updates and recertifications.
• Support execution of the OCM strategy for Workday implementations (HCM, FIN, Student, Adaptive, etc.) • Assist with change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis • Track change risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions • Support readiness assessments and adoption metrics • Draft clear, employee-focused communications related to Workday changes • Assist with development of communication plans, timelines, and distribution strategies • Help manage communications calendars and ensure message alignment across workstreams • Support drafting of leadership and manager messaging • Support training needs analysis (TNA) activities • Assist in coordination of training logistics (ILT, virtual, on-demand, eLearning) • Help prepare training deployment communications and job aids • Support tracking of training completion and effectiveness metrics
• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning solutions for large, complex organizations • Partner with executive and C-level stakeholders to facilitate design decisions and align business strategy with Workday best practices • Advise clients on Workday optimization, transformation initiatives, and long-term roadmap planning • Drive innovation and influence internal practice direction through thought leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including reporting, integrations, data conversion, testing, and change management
