• Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email • Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts • Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately • Set qualified demos for Account Executives • Track all activity accurately in our CRM • Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards • Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day
Job Requirements

- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Consistent work ethic and reliability

- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools
- Nice to Have (Not Required): Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
