Project Manager
INDUS Technology, Inc.
• Oversee and manage fin fan cleaning campaigns • Manage and train Supervisors on site • Communicate with refinery operations and maintenance throughout campaigns • Manage staffing requirements of FAS team • Manage logistics of equipment needed for successful campaigns • Collect required data and relay to reporting team daily • Provide site notes to ReNu manager and refinery POCs daily • Observe teams on site to control quality of service • Provide real-time training to all staff throughout campaigns • Assist Supervisors through challenges while on campaigns • Perform campaign onboarding meetings with Supervisors • Perform site walks to assess equipment health and performance
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of refinery experience
- Some management and/or leadership experience
- 1-2 years of RTI field support roles
- Valid Driver’s License
- TWIC Card
- Valid Passport
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)

Role Description The Project Coordinator is an entry-level role that supports the project management team in the delivery of integrated healthcare communications. This role builds core skills in scheduling, routing, documentation, and agency systems, and serves as the foundation for growth within the project management career path. What you’ll do: - Support Project Managers with day-to-day task execution across multiple projects and brands. - Maintain timelines, hot sheets, status reports, and project documentation with version control. - Route deliverables through internal departments and track review cycles, including MLR and PRC submissions and returns. - Assist in meeting preparation, capture detailed notes, distribute action items, and follow through on next steps. - Open job codes, set up folders and Teams channels, and keep filing structures organized. - Prepare small estimate requests and coordinate simple vendor engagements under guidance. - Escalate risks, blockers, or quality issues to the project lead quickly and clearly.
