Job Description

Account Manager

CV3 Financial Services

• Responsible for receiving new loan submissions and coordinating closing of the loan within a specified time frame. • Verifying borrower’s information, loan rates, and collecting necessary data. • Provides support to account executives across all channels. • Assists with loan processing and gains knowledge of document verification. • Maintains accurate pipeline of loans, learning facets of responsiveness and detail. • Performs daily follow-up on all deals currently in process. • Reviews files for quality assurance and verification of needed documents. • Communicates status and escalates concerns as necessary. • Supports development of peers and self.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED; college degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage origination, preferably in private/hard money space.
  • Non-agency product preferred
  • Working knowledge and use of MS Office (specifically Outlook, Excel and Word), imaging system and the internet.
  • Experience working with a Loan Operating System is a plus.
