Director, Child Care Innovation Fund
Early Childhood Investment Corporation
• Lead and oversee ECIC’s Child Care Innovation Fund • Oversee the ongoing development and successful implementation of the Fund • Collaborate with funded partners to develop and implement strategic and operational plans • Develop and retain high-performance team members • Ensure design and delivery of consultation and training for partners • Serve as collaborative thought leader on child care innovations • Monitor program budgets and collaborate on grant proposals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of overall professional experience
- At least three (3) years leading large-scale programs or projects
- At least three (3) years supervisory experience
- At least 7 years of experience leading successful child care or early childhood initiatives
- Strong understanding of Michigan’s child care regulations, rules, policies, funding, and infrastructure
