Call Center Coordinator
Family Allergy & Asthma
• Answer telephone, handle all calls appropriately, and schedule appointments for new and existing patients • Enter patient demographics, insurance, and referral information into EMR • Cancel and reschedule appointments, as assigned • Work as directed/as needed • Maintain and follow HIPAA policies and procedures • Other relevant duties as assigned by the Manager/Director
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior medical office experience, preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Must be a quick learner, organized, and team oriented
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Acceptable results on Office of Inspector General, State Medicaid Exclusions, Abuse Registry Checks, Background Screenings, Drug Screen, and Sanction Checks
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a part-time Contract Specialist (3783). This is a remote position. Navarro Research & Engineering is an award-winning federal contractor dedicated to partnering with clients to advance clean energy and deliver effective solutions for complex challenges in the nuclear and environmental fields. Headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Navarro has active programs in place across the nation for DOE/NNSA, NASA, and the Department of Defense. This is a remote, part-time role with an annual workload of 1,200 hours. - Drafting Various Contract Modifications and Memorandum for Records resulting from various communication sources, Policy Flash, SMEs, Contractor, etc. - Review of some Contractor Deliverables that require CO responses, Monthly Project Report, GAO audit reports - Coordination and application of review results from Impact Assessment of DOE Order updates either into contract modifications or further discussion for resolution. - Drafting revision to procedures and contract document(s), e.g., CBFO TP 5.6, CBFO MP 5.4, Contract Management Plan. - Support PEMP development and provide draft performance evaluation input. - Coordinating with Project Control and Audit team for Monthly Drawdown Spot-Check reviews. - Conducting Bi-Weekly M&O CO/COR meeting and providing minutes. - Supporting CO on data calls. - Coordinating and participating in conference calls as necessary.
• Support with answering phones and responding to members • Perform computer data entry, inquiry requests, and provide clerical duties to support the Medical Brokerage Call Center • Data Entry of ride and billing information for completed rides • Maintain records and reports within areas of responsibility • Process incoming and outgoing mail • Prepare denial letters to CCO • Prepare and maintain records for quality control • Field incoming phone calls • Interview eligible clients to obtain sufficient information to take ride request • Provide timely ride assignments to providers • Assess eligibility according to program regulations • Document rides that providers are unable to provide and assist with arrangements for alternative service delivery • Take messages and route calls to other programs
• Design, implementation, and deployment of Omnichannel communication solutions. • Lead technical execution of platform enhancements and new feature adoption. • Build and maintain integrations between contact center platforms and enterprise systems. • Participate in cross-functional projects that expand or improve customer communication capabilities. • Provide technical expertise during solution design and project planning. • Support production systems through targeted troubleshooting and optimization when necessary. • Document system architecture, configurations, and implementation processes.
