Marketing Technology Manager
Parse Biosciences
• Own and evolve Parse Biosciences' marketing technology ecosystem • Design, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot across email, web, and social channels • Develop lead nurturing and scoring models that improve conversion rates and sales handoff quality • Identify and implement AI-assisted marketing tools • Extend our marketing stack through API integrations • Manage and enhance our WordPress website with a focus on conversion optimization and user experience • Own centralized reporting dashboards consolidating metrics across all digital channels • Develop and support account-based marketing programs targeting key accounts • Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging privacy regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with progressive technical responsibility
- Advanced-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise
- Strong WordPress skills and familiarity with modern web technologies
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining API integrations
- Solid command of SEO principles and emerging AEO tactics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience building custom reporting dashboards
- Understanding of B2B sales pipelines and marketing's role in revenue generation
- Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools and AI coding assistants
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

- Travel requirements: This position does require visits to our Seattle HQ one or two times per quarter. Applicable travel expenses will be covered by Parse.
